We hope you love every Petit Lu piece. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to accept returns that meet the following conditions:

Returns

* Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.

* Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.

* All original tags must be attached, and items must be returned in their original packaging, if applicable.

* Any items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, or damage cannot be accepted.

Final Sale

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

* Gift cards

* Items marked as Final Sale

* Any item purchased during a clearance sale

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number so we can make it right.
